The sun still sitting there, awaiting the next chapter.

I decided to do more frequent posts, I vaguely know that I promised this in the past, I just never follow my own advice.

Another thing I should do more is reading, again I said this to myself not so long ago but since most of you read that sentence above, you 'll know the reason.
Bukowski surprises every page with the way he writes, his wits, his inexplicable feeling that literature can be simple. If you start somewhere, Ham On Rye is a good start. This is beatgeneration-writing at his best. It differs from, let's say, On The Road by Kerouac but both works have a positive effect on how I see. It's always strange so think or even more say things like this but i guess these writers are probably more representable for an entire generation than some documentary. Speaking of the latter, there is a brilliant one about the life of Charles Bukowski, called Born Into This, I strongly advice you to keep an eye open for it.

It's now my second week of school and I still haven't the impression that I'm following classes, it feels like I'm at a sort of theme summercamp only the fall has just set in. I like it.
On the other hand the teachers are giving assignments luckily those are due not until after Christmas but how the fuck can you write an essay about the following subject: "How do I want to make of my life art? How do I want to make of art my life?" I'm going to need some serious thinking-time for that one.

Then I have some really exciting news: I'm going to present a radio-show on the college radio of Brussels. Luckily I will not be the only one for this which helps. If you want to tune in, you can do that at: http://www.xlair.be/ We will be presenting the new listening season with a radio-marathon on the 20st of October, the show is called Tabasco. After that, if I understood everything correctly, we will be one evening in the week live. I was going to say 'that should be entertaining' but instead I will simply just say 'that will be entertaining.'

I'm tired so this is it, I'm now going to read some Bukowski and probably will I laugh outloud at some point, knowing this beforehand intensifies the urge of picking up that book.

peace
